A warm welcome awaits at Glendona House, an elegant and historic Edwardian Mansion set in four acres of mature gardens and woodland. Previously owned by the Earl of Abingdon and Lindsey, Glendona House, a unique family home offering B&B accommodation has retained its period charm to the present day.

Now a progressive and family owned working farm, Glendona was built in 1903 by Messrs Alfred and Thomas Sefton. Designed by Henry Hobart at Hobart and Heron, Belfast, who were also responsible for Harland and Wolf drawing offices where the Titanic dream was made a reality.

The Seftons remained at Glendona until 1944, when Mr Richard Acheson took possession. The Right Honourable Henry Edmund Montagu Cecil, Earl of Abingdon and Lindsey then became the owner between 1959 until 1967, when Mr Acheson acquired Glendona once again. It was in 1972 that Mr Tom Williams took over the lands at Glendona and founded the present farm.
